Le Meridien Hyderabad

The gym was the main disappointment: it’s tiny, with two treadmills, one bench and limited weights. I’d expected a larger, better-equipped one. Apart from that, the stay was excellent. The rooms are well laid out, the bed is comfortable and the amenities are all there. The TV didn’t work for me, though that was probably a good thing. Wifi was reliable, and the breakfast buffet was awesome, with more food than I’d ever had. The variety and quality were great, and the food was delicious. Staff were pleasant and attentive.

Jasper is a real comfort when we’re homesick. My husband and I come to Hyderabad from the U.S. several times a year for work, and we keep choosing Le Méridien because it’s reliable and comfortable. The dal and pulao at the in-house restaurant are among the best we’ve had, and never disappoint. Priyanka, our housekeeper, did an amazing job keeping the room clean every day, especially when we ordered room service. We had no complaints, and the rose she left in our room on our last day was such a sweet surprise. Even though the hotel is centrally located, the room was peaceful and well insulated from outside noise and loud music, which we appreciated after long workdays. The location works perfectly for us, and I used the well-equipped, well-maintained gym every day. The lobby and bell staff were excellent too, quick to respond and always ready to help with a smile. We trust Le Méridien Hyderabad and keep coming back, and would recommend it for work or longer stays. Great job to Mansi too for keeping the guest experience nice while we were there!

The rooms were clean, spacious and very well maintained, with great city views. The team’s friendly, attentive service made me feel welcome and well looked after throughout my stay. Special thanks to SRINIVAS, the Floor Supervisor on the 8th floor. He was exceptionally caring, polite and attentive. The hospitality was so remarkable that I even considered canceling a booking at another hotel starting from Dec 22nd so I could move my entire stay here. I had an excellent stay at this hotel.

I stayed 12 nights in total, spread over 3 reservations at Le Meridien, and as a solo traveler I really appreciated the care from Karya, Chourangi and Sai Priyanka in housekeeping. Vikash in the Turquoise dining room also stood out. Each morning he suggested food with my region and likely preferences in mind, and introduced me to Indian coffee. He struck a great balance between being helpful and efficient, smiling without intruding on my day. I highly suggest he be a trainer for the other dining employees. The employees all went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of.
