We were supposed to check out at noon, but someone came to our room at 11:15 and insisted we leave. Then reception called at 11:45 about checking out. I really don’t understand why they handled it that way. I wouldn’t advise staying here.

It’s a mid-range place, so it may suit you if you aren’t looking for much.

The only real plus for me was the terrace garden restaurant, though the food there was just average. The rooms themselves are poor quality. The supposed safety lockers had been switched to manual locks, but there were no keys. Staying more than a day? They don’t change the linens or clean the room. They charge ₹120 for extra water bottles that cost ₹10, and there are several good alternatives nearby. You have to climb stairs, so it’s not suitable for senior citizens, and it isn’t wheelchair accessible.

Restaurant staff were very rude. The hotel also overcharges guests and imposes stupid rules. Avoid it.

The hall worked well for a party of 50, and the location in the mid-market area is commercially convenient. I attended a birthday party here. The food tasted good, though the spread could’ve been larger. Service was poor, and the washroom had no soap. Even after we asked several times, nobody brought any.
