Treebo Celebrity Hotels And Suites

The friendly staff were helpful, and cleanliness was acceptable. They’ll change the linens if needed. Rooms are spacious and sit on the main road among residential areas, though they’re somewhat dated and could use renovation. It’s a decent family option for the price, even if it doesn’t quite feel up to three-star standards. Breakfast is complimentary and delivered to the room, with 3-4 choices rather than a big buffet. A solid enough stay for the tariff.

They said breakfast ran until 10:00, even though it was clearly written as until 11:00. The night before, I was told they’d call in the morning to take my order, but they called while I was sleeping. I’d asked for breakfast at 10:30, and it arrived at 9:30, when I was still fast asleep.

This was my second bad experience with Treebo in the same week. Agoda had confirmed our family booking and emailed an invoice, but Treebo canceled it just before check-in without calling or notifying us. It was deeply embarrassing for my family. We shared the confirmation, then spent over six hours trying to reach support, with three people calling and no one answering. There’s no direct contact number for the hotels either, which made the whole process feel unreliable. I’ve booked internationally through Agoda and Booking.com without trouble, but dealing with Treebo was a nightmare. I strongly advise avoiding hotels associated with Treebo.

Solo travelers should find this a good stay. The neighborhood is quiet, most things are within walking distance, and the cleanliness, service, and staff were good.
