The manager and service team were awful, with terrible hospitality and an even worse attitude. When we complained or asked for help, they were playing on their phones and showed no concern for our situation. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

Getting around was easy, with public transport and taxis close by. The location was ideal, and my spacious, nicely designed room had modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. I slept better than I have in a long time, and housekeeping kept things up throughout the visit. Staff went above expectations to make things right, and check-in was smooth with a warm welcome. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and a prime spot made this one of my best hotel stays. Highly recommend if you're visiting Bangalore.

A terrible stay. They charged a lot and didn't provide even basic service. Travelers, don't choose this hotel.

I booked a room for three through Agoda, and the reservation was confirmed. But on arrival, they said friends couldn't stay and only family was allowed. If they have rules like that, they should put them on the booking sites or tell people after confirming, instead of putting guests through this. Garbage hotel with stupid rules.
