The food was decent, but almost everything else about our one-night stay was frustrating. We booked three rooms and only one was remotely acceptable. One had the wrong bed setup; another had an AC that made loud noises and gave off a burning smell. That’s a serious safety concern, and the response after we reported it was slow and inadequate. Every room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mothballs, and the odor stayed even with the windows open. There were cigarette butts on the balcony too. Housekeeping was poor: we saw cockroaches and signs of bed bugs, and the bathroom bin still had waste from previous guests. The bathrooms had plumbing problems as well, and toilets weren’t properly sealed or clean. The day shift manager was dismissive and unprofessional. He didn’t listen properly before replying, which made the whole situation more upsetting. The property is poorly maintained, with serious hygiene, safety, and management problems. I strongly wouldn’t recommend it.

The location was convenient and easy to reach, and check-in and check-out went smoothly. I found the whole stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist. I’d recommend it for families or business trips.

Cartier Biznotel is in a great location and offers good value for the money. My room was clean, the staff were very polite, and service was quick. I had an amazing stay and would recommend it.

I’d stayed here a few times before and the experience had been decent. This time, when I tried to book again, I found it was the only hotel in the area without a 24-hour check-in option. The staff used to be flexible about custom check-in and check-out times, but now they wanted a full day’s charge for just a three-hour extension. I asked for a 9 PM check-in and a 3 PM check-out the following day, and they quoted ₹4,000 for two days. That didn’t make sense or feel worth it. If you’re planning to stay here, check the other hotels on the same lane too. Many have more flexible check-in times at lower prices.

The location is the one good thing. The rooms are dilapidated, with cockroaches everywhere and ACs that don’t work or only partly work. Everything else looks neglected and needs maintenance.
