Breakfast had only four or five dishes, and the same limited spread was served every day. It was supposed to start at 7, but the dishes weren’t ready until 8. Towels took an hour to arrive even after asking twice. The managers didn’t respond, and we were checked into our room late. When we asked to move, the only option was a worse room with a leaking bathroom. The rooms were very untidy, with no fans or proper charging points, and random wires everywhere. The AC didn’t work. The bathroom and lobby were disgusting, the carpets hadn’t been vacuumed, and the sheets and towels were stained. This place isn’t worth 2k a night, or even 1000.

The only good points for me were the decent breakfast and the location near ring road. It should be easier to reach when construction ends, though getting there now is a pain. I stayed two nights for a family event and forced myself to stay the second night. Most people came back with breathing problems and chest congestion. The rooms had dry mold, especially in the bathrooms, and the damp, stinky air was hard to breathe. They ran diffusers all the time to cover the smell. Some rooms get no sunlight. Faucets leaked and water spilled over the bathroom counters. The rooms were dim, the carpets black and mucky, the sheets thin and dirty, and the towels were in tatters. Guests smoked in the hallways despite it being prohibited, and staff never objected. The air quality and cleanliness make this place a serious health hazard. I’m surprised it’s still open.

The check-in and checkout process was smooth, and the food was reasonably priced with fast service. My room was spacious, clean, and nice, and the location worked perfectly for me. I had another good day at the property and enjoyed the stay. Cleaning and room service were top notch. Special thanks to Meet for looking after the room. I’ll definitely visit again.

The staff were kind, helpful, and efficient, and the service was good. My room was very neat and spacious, and I especially loved the food. I enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
