The food was good, and the staff were polite and courteous. The market is close by, and it’s easy to catch a tuk-tuk, auto, bus, or cab. Bathroom hot and cold water worked reliably, and the washrooms, including the toilet seats, were clean. Service had some problems. Food delivery took a while, though the order did arrive as requested. Room cleaning was also slow and irregular. Blankets and pillows might not be clean, so you may need to request replacements at check-in, and even then they could still have faded stains. Sheets, blanket covers, and towels had small burn-like holes. You have to ask for toilet paper, tissues, and bathroom hand wash, which might not be in the room. The bed made a little noise and needs repair.

For the price, the rooms aren’t good enough. The whole hotel feels poorly ventilated, with no room windows or exhaust fans, and none in the bathrooms either. Service and cleanliness were just okay. Some rooms don’t have proper keys, the AC doesn’t work, and the mirrors are badly placed. The food wasn’t up to standard. If you want to eat out, you’ll have to travel at least 6 km.

The AC was the only thing that worked properly. The sink leaked, and the pillows were unbelievably stained and dirty. The largest room they gave me hadn’t been cleaned or sanitized, and its bedsheet had a stain right in the middle. They charged for my early check-in, so I expected at least a clean room. The sheet was also torn, with a palm-sized hole. There was plenty more wrong.

I hated the stay and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The service was extremely slow and poor, and cleanliness was nowhere near acceptable. After we changed rooms, the bed kept creaking. In the first room they gave us, we found a used condom. I’d never stay here again.
