The reception is decorated to make the hotel look good, but farther inside, everything was a mess. The lobby was cluttered, with Wi-Fi and cables hanging around; the roof was in disarray, and part of the staircase floor was cracked. The room had no balcony or ventilation, and both windows were covered with stickers. Inside, the bathroom was tiny and dirty, there was a foul smell, and the beds and towels were filthy. I asked for a towel and never got one. The door lock was broken, half the lights didn't work, and the lift display was out of order. Our whole group was put up here while traveling with Kundu Special. It was a horrible stay, the worst hotel I've ever been in. I wouldn't stay even for one free night.
