The food was a letdown too. Dinner was awful, and although I was charged for breakfast, it never arrived. I stayed at Hotel Stat 17 from September 17th to 20th, 2024, and had to change rooms every day because of one problem or another. The rooms were dim, the AC didn't work, and the beds and pillows hadn't been cleaned properly. The pillows smelled bad enough to make sleep uncomfortable. The restrooms were filthy and smelly, with little sign of proper cleaning, and the water ran extremely slowly all the time. Service was unacceptable, and the whole stay was frustrating and uncomfortable. I strongly advise against booking here.

I arrived early and booked early check-in because it was complimentary. There was only one staff member, who said everyone else had run away and that he'd only joined three days earlier. He didn't know which rooms were vacant. We were taken across the four-floor, 20-room building and shown rooms that were already occupied. The first room we finally got hadn't been cleaned, smelled of smoke, and had the dirtiest washroom. The AC controls were hanging by a wire in the middle of the room. They changed us to another room, but it was in the same condition. After I spoke to the owner, we got a room with a clean bathroom, though the beds still weren't clean. In the end we tried to make do. Zero stars from me. If negative ratings were possible, I'd give one.

Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I'd visit again as soon as I can. My stay at Star 17 dwarka sector 17 was enjoyable, with clean, comfortable rooms and attentive staff. The hospitality was good, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting an easy, pleasant stay. ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️😌😌

The service was completely uncoordinated. Food took one or two hours to arrive, and twice they forgot to bring it at all. The AC leaked water. There was no cleaning, no laundry, and they couldn't even provide a towel or a bottle of water. This hotel isn't worth the money. I'd rather stay at a cheaper place.
