The way into the hotel felt really creepy, and the room had patchwork all over. The washroom was dirty, and the pictures on Google didn’t match the place at all. The contact person was available until the room was booked, then stopped taking calls or answering questions. Fab hotels, if you’re not checking the cleanliness and hygiene you advertise on your website, you shouldn’t be recommending these places. A very poor stay at fab hotel, with a pathetic room and booking experience.

The washroom was very dirty, and the bedding was filthy and stinking. The room quality was poor, the staff were very rude, and they charged me extra. I wouldn’t recommend visiting any Fab hotels now.

From check-in onward, the staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Room service, housekeeping, and local recommendations were all handled quickly and professionally. I had a wonderful experience, and the service exceeded my expectations.

I paid for the room using a CP plan voucher and had discussed it with Mr.Dharamveer from Fab. But the hotel refused to provide breakfast, saying they weren’t receiving the full amount I’d paid to Fab. They told me to cancel or ask Fab to move the booking to another hotel. The booking staff at Fab Hotel gave false commitments, and the communication and service were pathetic. This was very disappointing. I’ll raise the issue with the association and send a notice through my lawyer soon.

The location is very nice, but the hotel is in really bad shape inside, with no upkeep. The rooms are so humid that clothes left in them get soggy, and the washrooms are dirty. The man serving food was very dirty and wore dirty clothes. The other service staff were dressed casually in dirty jeans and shirts, too. Fab hotels’ website pictures don’t show what the rooms are currently like.
