Dirty sheets, an unhygienic washroom, and poor upkeep made the room unacceptable. I complained, but the staff took no proper action. They also charged extra service fees without explaining them, which felt unfair and unethical. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the service was extremely poor. It wasn't worth the money and didn't meet basic hospitality standards. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Think twice before booking.

The payment was far too high for a room of such cheap quality. We had a very bad experience with the hotel, and it wasn't worth the price at all.

The management was really rude. They charged the full rent for just one extra hour. This is a terrible hotel, so please avoid it.

Management is rude and seems to care only about money. They don't know how to speak to customers. Don't stay here, it's the worst hotel.
