I was new to the city, it was nighttime, and I felt I had no choice but to pay because of safety concerns. The owner was rude, aggressive, and abusive, and even threatened me, saying “Paise do warna marunga”. I felt unsafe. I was charged ₹1200 extra without a valid reason, then another ₹1200 in additional charges and ₹300 for a one-day extension. The app showed a much lower price, yet they took ₹2700 for just two nights. I checked in at night, but the owner didn't mark my check-in on the OYO app, which caused more issues.

The kitchen food is literally awesome, and the staff are polite. It's a big property with a clean area and good service. Good hotel at a reasonable price in Moti Nagar. I don't care about the other ratings and reviews, I like this hotel.

At the hotel, they demanded extra money and said they'd cancel the room or refuse to give it to us if we didn't pay. They took it as a tip.

I had to stay because of an urgent meeting, and OYO had been pre-booked, but they still charged me for one extra day. The place was a waste, not neat, and the doors were in very bad shape. The person on the day shift wasn't friendly either. You have to ask them for everything, even things like keeping a bucket. OYO's recommendations were very bad. Disappointing big time, thumbs down.
