The rooms smelled awful and were in poor shape. They were very dirty, with cockroaches and pests already there, and the previous guest's linen and bedding hadn't been changed. The ACs didn't work, and the fan had only two settings, very fast or very slow. When we complained, the caretaker said it wasn't AC season. They offered another room, but it was no better. Breakfast wasn't available at the hotel as described and had to be ordered separately, with a 30-minute wait.

The place was in a mess, with broken flooring, damaged furniture, black marks on the walls, and a leaking bathroom that left everything wet. The room smelled bad, and the towels were wet and didn't look washed. There was no parking, just cars left on the footpath, and no in-house breakfast either; they brought it from nearby restaurants. The lift had no light. Fab Hotels shouldn't enroll a property like this.

Cockroaches were everywhere, even in the bed, and the room hadn't been cleaned before I checked in. It was filthy and unhygienic, and the bathroom toilet couldn't be used. I regret booking this place. One of the worst stays I've had.

The rooms were unpleasant and noisy, and some had no window. Staff were rude and didn't try to sort out our problems. We had no hot water from the tap or shower, and it took over an hour of arguing before they offered to move us. About as low quality as a hotel gets.
