The bedding and pillows were dirty, and there wasn't even a mat outside the bathroom. The wardrobe was dusty, the room had no proper ventilation, and there were no hangers. Toiletries were missing too, apart from two small bars of soap. Water was clogged in the bathroom.

The pictures on the website and booking sites didn't match the actual rooms. We refused to stay, but they wouldn't return our advance. Staff weren't polite at all. They said in Hindi, “I don't have your advance, where should I get it from? Ask wherever you booked.” Customer care also refused to help. At 11:30 pm, I was outside the hotel on the road with my two small children, trying to find a rickshaw. The whole hotel was empty, but nobody offered an upgrade or any support. Disgusting behavior and service, with no gesture of help. If this is how customers are treated, the group has a very narrow vision and a short future.
