There isn't a lift, the staff were unprofessional, and the rooms cost far too much. For rooms this disgusting they should charge 500 rupees. Mine was dirty and nothing like the photos, with a broken washroom door, a terrible smell, and dirty towels and bedsheets. I stayed two nights and got two 1 ltr. water bottles, then was charged extra for another bottle, even though other hotels I've stayed at include water. Don't book here. I'm uploading photos for reference.

Whenever I stay here, I find the service and comfort good, with value-added service too. The reception treats customers politely, and the staff's behaviour is a big part of what makes this place work. If you're looking for a hotel in Kasba, give it a try.

We felt pressured by the staff to leave a 5-star rating, which makes the hotel's ratings hard to trust. My stay at FabHotel Royal Palace Ruby was a very bad experience. I booked through the FabHotels app for 26th December 2025 and paid ₹851 in full in advance. At check-in, staff falsely said the payment wasn't complete and insisted on another ₹595 before giving us the room. They never gave a bill or receipt for that extra payment, which seemed suspicious and unprofessional, like guests were being misled and exploited. I've reported this to FabHotels and shared the proof. Until it's resolved, I don't recommend staying here. Check everything carefully before checking in.

The staff member was cooperative and even found us a charger when we needed one. The room was well ventilated and clean, and the washroom was especially sparkling clean. We took two water bottles but only used one, so we returned the unopened one and got our money back.
