The rooms were spacious enough for four adults, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We found them a good fit for families visiting the Golden Temple. There are no opening windows, but the AC and fan kept the air comfortable. When we visited in November 25, the kitchen was being renovated, so they got food from outside. It took some time, but that was fine. They usually have open parking for 4-5 cars.

We checked out at 11 AM on the 1st and told the staff we'd be back by noon because we were delayed. After going to the temple, we returned around 2 PM and found our luggage left out in the open at reception, without our permission or any security. It contained cash and personal belongings, which felt completely unsafe. When we raised this, manager Ravi was rude and arrogant. He didn't apologize, and instead said, “rakhna tha rakh diya, jao ab,” speaking to us disrespectfully. There was no basic guest safety or professionalism, and the staff behavior was very poor. I would never recommend this hotel. Think twice if you care about your belongings and dignity.

After we checked out, our bags were left openly at reception without permission. They contained cash and personal items, so we felt very unsafe. We asked the staff about it, but manager Ravi responded rudely and showed no concern for guest safety. That behavior is unacceptable in hospitality. There was no accountability, basic courtesy, or respect for guests. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff were nice, the food was the best, and it was a peaceful stay. I'd recommend it to friends and family.
