Hotel Blue Diamond

The neighborhood is nice, and the place is good. The receptionist was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. He’d crack jokes to keep you smiling and feeling fresh, and I really liked his hospitality. The rent felt a bit high for the room and space, though. Still, I had a good experience.

Awful stay. I paid 1000 rupees for a room for three hours, and the AC was broken, there was no remote, and the fan didn’t work. The people there don’t know how to talk to or treat customers. They just hand over a room for money and don’t care about anything else. What amenities? Useless, nonsense place. Don’t go here, find somewhere else. Worst place you can visit.

Worst experience. The staff were bad, and the inverter wasn’t working properly. We spent the whole night without a fan or AC. Too bad.

We arrived just before 12 with a three-day booking through makemytrip that we’d already paid for. We’re a family of four, two adults and two children, but the hotel refused to give us a room. Three big guys shouted at us and demanded extra money for the underage kids. We argued, then agreed to pay, but they still refused the room, saying our behavior was “bad.” They also wouldn’t cancel the booking. There was a lot of arguing and the police got involved. Finally, they canceled it so we could get a refund. It was a horrible, dirty hotel with unprofessional, uneducated staff. Even the owner's son behaved like his staff. Wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. HORRIBLE.
