Itsy By Treebo - Hometown Inn

The room had a modern design that I really liked, and being about 2 km from the highway made it quiet and restful. Room service was responsive and checkout was quick. The bedsheet wasn't clean, though the room itself was comfortable. I still had an excellent stay.

A nice place to stay, with a family-like feel and kind staff. Do visit.

Manvinder Singh gave great service and helped make the stay special. The room was clean and comfortable too. I had an amazing time here and can't wait to come back!

We were left stranded at 2 AM with nowhere to go, and I never received the refund the Treebo helpline said they would arrange. The booking had been confirmed around 10:30 PM on the 24th for that night and the following day, but when we arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM, reception said they were sold out and wouldn't accept bookings. I told the receptionist we had a confirmed reservation, but he refused to check the details or system and said they didn't care. He also seemed to smell of alcohol. The customer service representative couldn't find us another place because nearby Treebo hotels were booked. We lost our money and had nowhere to stay. Totally unacceptable service.
