Tiwari, the manager, is a nice person, and the hotel is good for the low price. Best hotel in amritsar.

I got bitten by a mouse while I was sleeping. This hotel is a mess and so unhygienic.

The rooms are tiny for what they charge, and the staff have a lot of attitude, like they’re doing you a favour. They didn’t even have morning tea, and at the restaurant the service was awful. We had to ask for water with our meal, and when we called ahead to order veg biryani for dinner, they said it was available. But once we got there, the waiter said it wasn’t, so at 10:08 pm we had to go eat outside. The staff were still asleep until 9 am. This is a third class hotel and a complete waste of money. If I could, I’d give it less than one star. I’d tell every tourist not to include this place in their trip. Never stay here.

I visited on sat 8th and found big cockroaches in the unclean room. It took two hours after check-in for them to clean it. Then they charged more than the MRP for water. When I questioned the man at reception, he said, “Sir, it’s only 10 rupees.”
