Hotel Greenpark

I’ve stayed at Hotel Green Park twice and have seen a lot of upgrades. It’s always well maintained, with super clean rooms and nice staff. I especially liked the food: the complimentary breakfast and dinner were very good. The Midnight Biryani from 11pm to 1am was delicious. I heard people come especially for the Paya Soup and Haleem. Try the buffet dishes, and don’t miss the finger licking Paya Soup and mouth watering Haleem at late night dinner @Tulip. A really good experience! 👍 👍 😊

Dear general manager, I’ve been staying here and promoting the Green Park brand since 1991, but the service on my last 2-3 visits has been very bad. This time, I checked in at 22.30 hrs on 11 th February and wasn’t given a key card until the morning of 12 th Feb. The front office staff seemed inexperienced and unclear about what they were doing. They blamed the system for delays and didn’t know how to manage guests or check-in and checkout. Avila tours had paid for my room in advance, but that payment wasn’t credited to my name, and the front desk asked me to pay again. When I challenged this, he had no explanation. Overall, a very bad experience.

The staff at reception and security behaved professionally, and the hospitality was very good. The rooms were spacious, the ambience was nice, and there was a pleasant aroma inside. It’s on the main road in a prime spot, with metro connections nearby, and there’s a gym too. I stayed for one day and enjoyed it. To use the swimming pool, you need to go to the nearby Marigold Hotel, which is inside the hotel campus. No cons for me at the moment.

Our week-long stay felt like home, and it’s somewhere we look forward to visiting every six months. The food was good, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff were courteous. Rohan sir’s steady support, professionalism and friendly manner made a real difference; he was attentive and made sure things went smoothly. Bhaskar sir cared for guests like a mother and served generous, delicious food. The chefs’ warm hospitality and smiling faces, especially when guests enjoyed their meals, made every dining experience special. Their care and pride in cooking added a personal, joyful touch. Thank you to everyone at the Green Park Hotel team for making our stay so warm and memorable. We’d happily return. May God bless you all and your families with good health, wealth and prosperity ❤️
