The staff were polite, humble, and very helpful, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Siddharth Ji deserves a special mention for his warm support and unconditional assistance. My stay at Hori Palace, Ujjain was wonderful and memorable. His hospitality showed real care for guests. Highly recommend it for a visit to Ujjain, it really feels like a home away from home. 🙏

Good vegetarian restaurants nearby meant food was never a problem. The staff were polite and always ready to help with requests, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Hotel Hori Palace is especially convenient for Mahakaleshwar Mandir, just a short walk away, which helped when travelling with my parents. It's also easy to get to other places in Ujjain. I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend it for Mahakal Darshan. 🙏

The staff behaved well, and the rooms and bathroom were clean. The room was a good size too. The property is nicely located near the VIP gate of the mandir. I loved it and would visit again.

We paid 2200 per room and got zero service. The TV didn't work, the mosquito machine bottle was empty, and two people had to share one towel for two days. They provided nothing complimentary, not even a water bottle. When we called just to ask for one towel, the staff flat-out said no and hung up. It felt insulting. Their behaviour was bad, and they don't know how to respond to customers. Expensive and pathetic service. Never recommend it to anyone.

The staff were very polite and friendly. It's just 2-3 minutes on foot from the mahakal temple and ramghat. Excellent 👌
