The property itself is nice and in a good location, but the staff aren't keeping it up. The corridor was dirty, and the sheets were visibly soiled and hadn't been changed until I asked for fresh ones. I had to request towels three times, and ask three times to get the generator started during power cuts. Staff were unresponsive, and cleaning fell short of what the property should provide.

The staff are very rude. They speak to you so badly when handling things over the phone.
