We were near Nana Kheda Bus Stand, which made getting around convenient, but Travinities Hotel Avni Palace is set a little away from the crowded areas, so it stayed peaceful. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff were prompt and courteous. For our one-day family visit, the clean, well-kept room and bathroom made us comfortable right away. A calm, hassle-free place for a short stay in Ujjain, and one I’d recommend.

The property is new and the rooms are fine, but service was poor. Our room had neither towels nor water, and I had to remind the hotel. We asked for tea, waited, then followed up and were told no. It did eventually arrive, but it wasn’t very good.

The in-house restaurant serves amazing food. The rooms were clean, and getting to the temple was easy since the hotel is near the bus stand, where you can find autos and other transport easily. A great experience!

The staff were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. They let us store our luggage for a few hours after checkout and arranged a cab. They also served tea, helped arrange food from nearby restaurants, and allow Swiggy/Zomato deliveries. Hotel Avni Palace is a new property near Nana Kheda Bus Stand, convenient but away from the crowded areas. The rooms and toilets were very clean, and my family had a comfortable, pleasant one-day stay. Definitely recommend it for families visiting Ujjain.

The staff were all helpful and pleasant to talk to. Their recently opened restaurant makes staying here convenient, and it felt safe for our family. One of the best places to stay in Ujjain. We’ll definitely visit again.
