The hotel stay itself wasn't very enjoyable, but our time in Ujjain turned out memorable thanks to Amar Singh ji, our driver. He drove safely and comfortably, took us to all the temples patiently, and explained the temples, darshan process, and local customs in a helpful way for us as devotees. He was polite, family-friendly, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. The car service made getting around smooth and stress-free, and we truly appreciated Amar Singh ji's support and guidance during the visit.

The restaurant was good, and the hotel is very close to the temple. There's a lift, and hot water is available all the time. Maintenance could be better: I found a rusty hanger, and they brought two after I asked. The bath soap was very small, and they charge according to demand.

We ordered food, but it took so long to arrive and wasn't even warm. We had to leave, and the service was really bad. Not a good experience at all.
