Ratnapriya hotel and resort

I chose *Ratnapriya* for my daughter's wedding on *21 – 22 November 2025*, and I've been very satisfied. The building design, secure parking, spacious party hall, landscaped lawn, generator backup, and large rooms all impressed me, and the service was excellent. The staff were courteous too.

I checked into room 111 at 7 am and paid 7k for the day. There were no toiletries, and the bathroom toilet paper roll was out of stock. The tea tasted awful, and the photo shows how they brought five cups, with cups that hadn't been washed properly. I'll try to spend a day here and add more feedback.

As a bride on 20th April 2025, I had a very disappointing stay at Ratnapriya Hotel. The rooms and washrooms were dirty and poorly kept, and there was no iron in the room. The fridge didn't work either. Even though we'd booked our own catering, the hotel wouldn't let our caterers bring food to my room, not even for the bride. That was unfair and very inconvenient. The agreement didn't mention extra electricity charges, but they charged us ₹20/unit. It felt illegal and exploitative. Staff were uncooperative and seemed untrained, and management was poor. Before payment, they promised to cooperate and provide all facilities. Once we'd transferred the money, they didn't deliver on those promises. In reply to the owner's comment: Dear sir, my family and I came to your reception area five times and went to the rooms twice. We repeatedly complained to your manager about the bad smell and uncleanliness. That shows the gap between you and your management team, and I hope you fix it soon. The groom himself called reception to ask for an iron, but none was provided afterward. Also, the agreement copy doesn't mention any extra per-unit charge. Please check your documents carefully. Thanks. I don't recommend this hotel for a special occasion or a stay.

Everything was in bad shape. The flush and the AC didn't work, a really bad experience.
