Four Points By Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road

We stayed for three nights, and the setting and location were both amazing. The rooms were top notch and well maintained, and ours had a lovely pool view. The Golden Temple and other sights were easy to reach, while Wagah border was 30-40 minutes away. Service was unbelievable. Raghav from the hotel concierge was incredibly gracious and helped us with tips and planning our days. The food was better than at most places outside. I can't say enough good things about the stay.

Having breakfast in the restaurant each day was a pleasure, the food was wonderful and the staff were very helpful. Mr. Govind Kumar, the Front Desk Manager, deserves a mention for being so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He represents the property extremely well. The hotel is new and well appointed, with a wonderful room and kind, professional service. In busy Amritsar, it felt like an oasis of relaxation. A five star stay in a lovely facility, made even better by attentive staff. We'll absolutely stay here again when we return to Amritsar.

The food at 1574 was so tasty, and everyone in the restaurant was humble and well trained. Breakfast was planned really well too. Big, clean rooms and top notch service made the stay even better. Special thanks to Vishan, F&B Head, and his smart, hardworking team. Their dedication will create many memorable moments for people. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone in the country.

Raghav made a real difference during our stay, especially through thoughtful activities for our kids and personal attention throughout. Chef Ram and Chef Gurpreet also kept our long stay delicious, with something different each day and authentic dishes like baked yogurt, khatte meethe aloo, and excellent Amritsari Kulcha. The hotel itself is new and well maintained, with spacious rooms. As a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member who has stayed at hundreds of Marriott properties around the world, I thought this visit stood out. Somnath, Jashn, Manish, Ashiq, Kaif, Ritika, Saurabh, Amanjot, Ryes, and others I may have missed all helped make the service warm and professional. We’ll definitely return to Four Points by Sheraton, Amritsar, and highly recommend it.
