My husband and I spent two nights here. The room was comfortable and decently clean, and the staff were polite. Gurjinder, our server at the hotel restaurant, really stood out. He paid close attention to our dietary needs and made sure the food worked for us. He also checked in regularly to see how we were enjoying the meals and our stay. His care made the experience more memorable.

Mr. Akash, who provided room service on the 4th floor, was calm, courteous, and attentive, and made our family stay more pleasant. I’d also like to recognize the F&B team, especially Mr. Gurjinder Singh and Mr. Deepak, for their warm hospitality and excellent service. The whole team reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. My family stayed at Golden Sarovar Portico, Room No. 403, from 7th January, and we were very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the stay was wonderful. Thank you for making it memorable. We look forward to visiting again.

The breakfast had lots to choose from and was delicious, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax. My room was spotless, nicely decorated, and very comfortable, with fresh linens, great amenities, and stunning views. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

The food was the biggest letdown for our group of four. The spread was limited and tasted poor, and even the basics lacked freshness and flavor. The bedsheets and towels also looked stained and felt rough, which gave us the impression of poor upkeep. For the price we paid, that was disappointing. Service was average at best. Staff were polite, but requests took unusually long and there wasn’t much attention to detail. Our recent stay at Sarovar Portico, Amritsar felt underwhelming, especially given the brand’s usual reputation. Overall it was just average and didn’t meet our expectations for a comfortable, pleasant hotel stay. They need to improve the food, hygiene, and speed of service.

The location and good breakfast buffet were highlights of our two night family stay at sarovar portico hotel amritsar. Suraj and Rohit handled room service spot on, and were both kind and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
