Hotel Aura Grand by Levelup

The room was neat and clean, and the staff were very nice. Service was good too.

Two nights without power, AC or fans made the sealed-window room unbearably stuffy, and the experience was frustrating and miserable. The first room had stained sheets, dirty toilets, a leaking AC and rats, along with no basic amenity like a kettle. We were moved, but the key lock in the second room was faulty and caused constant hassle. A deeply disappointing stay at Hotel Aura Grand.

Cleaning took far too long, and I had to call five or six times to get a fresh towel or have the room cleaned. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, with fungus on the walls and dirt and cobwebs beside the bed. There's no thermostat, so the room gets very cold in winter. The hotel is on a narrow road with no parking area. They take your car keys and park it somewhere else, and the next day my car was dirty and stained with bird droppings. A very bad hotel. Don't book it.

We had to change rooms three times, and there were rats on the second floor. The room mattresses weren't good either. This place isn't clean and doesn't feel worth a four-star rating, though I'm not sure how they rate hotels. I wouldn't recommend it. There are lots of other options in the same lane, so please avoid this one.
