The property was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. Mr Gurudayal singh, the owner, especially seemed to care about keeping guests satisfied.

The staff and owners were so nice, and the rooms were neat and clean. It's close to golden temple, too. I really liked the hospitality here and would feel comfortable coming with my family.

The room wasn't the sort of place you'd love at first sight, but I came to Amritsar at a time when no rooms were available anywhere, whatever the price. I was with family and managed to get a room here, which was a real rescue. The service was prompt and the owner was friendly. It's not a property I'd immediately fall for, but I remember the help we got.

We had to wait until 2 PM for the rooms because they weren't cleared, even though checkout was at noon. The service and hospitality were cheap, and the staff were unprofessional and rude. I asked a boy to bring our luggage up and stepped out; while I was gone, he got my naive younger brother to carry it instead. There's no water cooler, so you have to buy bottles, and they asked for another Rs.400 for the AC.
