Hotel Broadway is in a great location, with a comfortable, welcoming feel. The staff were very polite and well educated, and always ready to help with a smile. Prabh, the owner, was kind and well spoken, which made the experience even nicer. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it for a pleasant, memorable visit.

I'm unhappy with the service and staff at Hotel Broadway. I visited yesterday with 20 family members for my wedding reception party. We picked it because it was right next to the resort we'd booked. Our family had come from Italy, but the guest service and management were both zero. Vishal and jasskaran, who work there, didn't know how to speak to guests, and the staff were rude. They don't know how to treat guests or manage things, so I wouldn't recommend them.

We were about 75 people staying here, and the owner arranged everything quickly. The staff were awesome and cooperative, and the service was mind blowing. Thanks to the management. A must visit.
