Hotel City Inn

My overnight stay was completely spoiled. The room wasn't clean, the washroom was filthy, there was no soap or other towels, and the geyser didn't work. The worst hotel I've ever visited. I wouldn't recommend going there.

The rooms, service, and bathrooms were very dirty, just as other reviews say. But something else happened too. My friend checked in during the morning, and I arrived that evening. The front desk person asked me to pay 500 extra to add my name to the register and photocopy my ID. The register already showed two people, but he still said I had to pay 500 extra or check out. That was extremely unprofessional and made this the worst stay for me. I have a video and will take the necessary legal steps in consumer court so this kind of fraud doesn't happen again. I wouldn't give this even one star.

For an extremely budget stay, it's okay. We paid 1500 per room per night. The rooms were clean, the tiles were good, and the bathroom was good too. A geyser was provided.

The service was very poor. Dinner was limited and not enough: one sabji and one dal for nine people, with no rice. The blankets smelled too, and it took the staff a long time to change them after we told them.
