I went to the bhagini bar and kitchen at itpl on xmas 🎄 day. They had a buffet, and the food was simply awesome. I really enjoyed it.

Sanjay made our meal especially enjoyable. He was friendly, attentive, and courteous, checked that we were comfortable, and helped promptly. His care and attention to detail really improved the dining experience. It’s rare to find hospitality that dedicated, and he deserves recognition for going above and beyond. Thank you!

The atmosphere is awesome, though the food is average and the service poor.

The place is airy and hygienic, and the restroom was clean. They serve thali Meal on banana leaves, which is good, and service is quick if you choose that meal. For other orders, there’s a wait once you place your order, and communication isn’t very good. Guess it mainly caters to office crowds.

I was there on 15/04/26 and had a bad experience with the atmosphere. I asked them to play a song instead of the instrumental music, which nobody likes, but my request was rejected. The manager also said no when I asked for a match. It felt very bad, and I’ll never recommend this place to anyone.
