For the price, the rooms are quite good, and the hotel is actually right on the main road even though Google Maps points to a different, farther location. Parking is behind the hotel. Service was good, and housekeeping cleaned our room each day during our two-night stay. The food, though, was too expensive and didn't taste good, so I wouldn't choose this hotel for meals. Also, our cupboard hadn't been cleaned and still had a used liquor bottle left in it. Check the room before checking in.

The water seemed poor quality, and I started itching after I bathed. The AC also wasn't working properly. Earlier, after a tiring day, I had trouble with the parking gate being closed, so guests had to open and shut it themselves. There was also an unpleasant payment dispute: my daily transaction limit was used up, and I told them I'd pay at checkout, but staff still demanded payment when the food arrived. When I explained again politely, one staff member shouted at me in the corridor. He left only after I raised my voice, and was rude even then. For somewhere rated three stars, this was one of my worst stays.

Room 207 was a mess. The washbasin leaked, the commode wasn't clean, there were no toiletries or towel, and the TV didn't work. We had to call three times for each service. The breakfast was awful, and many restrooms were out of use. The room boys from Assam had a very stubborn attitude.

I spent ten very pleasant days here. The location is wonderful, the amenities are good, and both the ambience and cleanliness are top-notch. I'd personally rate Y.N. Hotels 4.5/5.

The bar is really quiet, and its food was tasty. Customer service was good too. YN hotels had extraordinary rooms and a phenomenal buffet breakfast. I enjoyed my two-day Bangalore trip here.
