After being a regular guest for four years and appreciating the cleanliness, upkeep, and general standards, I was very disappointed by this recent stay. Service, housekeeping, and maintenance have all declined. My room’s air conditioner stopped working at night, leaving it hot and uncomfortable. Reception said maintenance would come, but after more than 15 minutes and a follow-up, I was told no maintenance staff were available. I had to keep chasing them and argue before anyone took action. There was no urgency or professionalism. They eventually moved me to another room, but that air conditioner was showing an error too, even though it cooled somewhat. The support, maintenance, and service standards have dropped badly. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel based on this experience. It no longer has the reliability that made me choose it before.

It was a calm, cosy stay in a clean, well-kept place. The service was consistently excellent, professional, and attentive. I had a very comfortable time here and would gladly recommend it.

The calm, cool atmosphere and good food made a great impression on me. Everything was impressive, from the clean surroundings and polite staff to the service. I loved staying here and will definitely return. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.
10/10
I was very satisfied with my pleasant stay. The staff were polite and always willing to help, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. All the facilities I needed were available.
10/10
Close to the airport, this is an affordable and decent place to stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The in-house restaurant has good food options, though the selection is limited.
