Location is the only good thing about this hotel now. It used to be decent, but service has become poor and staff aren’t attentive. Room quality has deteriorated badly, the rooms reek of phenol, and the bathrooms are pathetic.

Parking and location were the only positives. I stayed one day, and the room wasn’t clean, especially the bathroom. There were no toiletries, and the towels were dirty. The buffet was awful, the crockery and kitchen area were untidy, and there were even insects on sliced bread. Definitely not worth it.

Rooms are okay, but the hotel is in one of the most crowded traffic areas. They want to charge for everything, and you’re forced to buy small bottles of water because they flatly refuse to provide regular RO water. The staff speak with some other accent and seem to try to make money from every transaction.

My stay at YC GRAND BOUTIQUE left me extremely disappointed with both the accommodation and the service. I am formally asking for a [full/partial] refund of 4*** based on the poor quality of what was provided.

The location made it easy to reach transport and nearby attractions, and the pool and dining area were kept in good shape. My room was spacious, clean, and had what I needed. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout. It turned into a relaxing stay that was better than I expected.
