The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was delicious, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

The hotel is quiet, away from outside SHOR SHARABA, and parking was no problem. The room was beautiful, with a clean bed and washroom and hot water. Food was delicious, and room service was excellent. It's a good choice for vegetarian guests and pilgrims. Balraj (Ballu) looked after us and was quick to help with anything we needed. Staff were warm and welcoming. This will be our first choice next time we visit Amritsar. I hope they keep up these standards. Thanks, hotel cloud 9, ten out of ten.

If you love food, come to cloud 9, the amritsari kulcha is really tasty. The rooms were neat and clean, and the stay was perfect, all good.

Free parking made things very convenient, and the restaurant and in-house kitchen had lots of delicious, fresh food that was prepared well. My stay at Hotel Cloud 9 was amazing from start to finish. The spacious rooms were beautifully designed and well maintained, with a comfortable, elegant feel. I also liked the banquet hall, which was beautifully decorated and suited to events, parties, or business gatherings. A great option for families, tourists, and business travelers, with luxury rooms, fine dining, and top-notch amenities. Highly recommended!
