We were charged 1000 rs per room for just 12 hours, yet got no warm water in December and only 7 towels for 16 people. The rooms were barely 4x4 in size, and all we heard were excuses. They shouldn't charge more than 400 rs per room. There was no soap, wardrobe, or anything else, and the staff were insensitive to customers.
We'd paid online after booking through OYO, but when we arrived to check in, the owner demanded extra cash before letting us into the room. Another family there had the same problem, and they had a newborn with them. A cheating owner and terrible service.
The hotel and its service were very poor. OYO was terrible too, so please don't book any hotel through them.
Great hotel service at a low price.
Loved staying here. It was a great hotel, and I enjoyed the stay.
