Nothing about this stay worked for us. The rooms smelled bad, had almost no ventilation, and the TV and other equipment were faulty and poorly maintained. We also couldn't get a response from the staff: repeated calls to the front desk went unanswered. With families staying there, that lack of response is unacceptable. It was a waste of money and ruined our stay. I'd strongly advise people, especially families, to avoid this place.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were attentive without hovering. They seemed to anticipate what we needed and were always smiling. The concierge team gave us personalized recommendations that really added to our stay. That kind of care is what luxury should feel like.
