The hilltop setting has a nice view, and housekeeping and the other staff were very nice. There are activities for kids almost every hour, plus thoughtful welcome treats in the room: biscuits, banana cake, and fruit. For a jeep off-road experience or local sightseeing, I found local vendors a better choice because the resort's option is very expensive. There's an Altitude restaurant on the property with excellent, five-star-level food, though it is pricey. Orange restaurant's food could be better, and the breakfast menu felt repetitive. The resort was undergoing renovation, with construction beside our room and around reception. With that construction all around, it felt average for the price we paid.

Grand Palace Hotel & Spa was a peaceful place to unwind, with scenic valley views and spacious rooms. The property was beautifully maintained, and the service and hospitality from the staff were excellent throughout. We enjoyed the good food and the resort's ambience. It's conveniently located for nearby attractions in Yercaud. A lovely option for families, couples, or anyone wanting a relaxing hill getaway. I'd be happy to visit again.

The Front Office and Concierge team welcomed us warmly and were polite and supportive from the moment we arrived. They handled everything smoothly. The buffet breakfast included both south Indian and English foods. Our room was neat and comfortable, the resort was well maintained, and the surroundings felt beautiful and refreshing. It was a relaxing getaway, and I'd happily stay here again.

The staff were calm, welcoming, and hospitable, and we had a valuable two days with our family. We first booked a sunrise-view room, but the view wasn't available at first. When we asked, they kindly moved us to another room, where the sunrise was truly beautiful. They welcomed us with sukku coffee, and breakfast was complimentary with such a wide selection it was hard to list everything. The rooms were clean, neat, and well maintained. It was lovely to sit quietly and enjoy the hill view, and there was plenty to do: games for an hour each evening, followed by an hour of campfire. They also gave us cookies, though we're not sure if that was for a special occasion. There was a children's play area with equipment, plus board games like chess, which we enjoyed. The resort also has an in-house restaurant and a swimming pool.

The friendly front office staff were attentive throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the tasty food and relaxing ambience at Grand Palace Hotel & Spa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the peaceful location has lovely hill views. A great spot for a weekend in Yercaud. I'd love to come back 😊
