I found the rooms clean and well maintained, and the reception staff gave good service. It felt worth staying here, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place. Car parking outside felt safe. I would book these rooms again when I'm in Bangalore (Kengeri area). The complimentary breakfast when booked in Oyo was very bad.
My wife and I were caught near nice road in heavy rain and, already soaked, decided to stay the night at this property. We didn't have IDs with us, but explained what had happened and politely offered soft copies along with my original pan card. The hotel staff still refused us. We then had to travel 50kms back home through the heavy rain.
Don't be tempted by the cheap prices. The staff are very rude, and there are lots of restrictions: no visitors, outside food, extra guests even if you pay, or drinks. In the middle of the night they opened our room with their key without permission to check whether we had extra guests or outside food. Parking is at your own risk, since there's no proper facility and you have to leave the vehicle by the side of the road.
We booked two rooms, and the staff were warm and nice. The bathrooms were good, and you could have a nice time there. The place is too far inside and the surrounding ambience is missing, though. Prices are around one K to one point five K.
You have to ask for things like towels and napkins, since the hotel doesn't provide them. Outside food isn't allowed, but the food inside wasn't good either. The dining area tables weren't arranged, there were no tissues on the tables, and the cups and bowls hadn't been washed properly. They should make things better next time.
