I had a terrible night here, the worst day I’ve had at a hotel. My room didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned, and there was nothing to make it attractive. The toilet was awful, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for months, and the bin was filthy too. There was dust and stains all through the corridor, with clothes hanging there to dry, and empty alcohol bottles on the staircase. The staff were lazy and cleanliness was lacking.
The staff were cooperative, and the hotel gave us very good service during our educational trip with 35 students. The restaurant is small but in good condition, up on the sixth floor. One thing to watch out for: Google Maps points you the wrong way. Look for Oriental Bank of commerce nearby instead. Thanks so much 😊
The washroom was very dirty, and the bedsheets hadn't been changed. I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned two or three times, but nobody responded. Please look for genuine reviews before booking. Fake marketing can ruin someone's special day. I wouldn't go back.
The staff were rude, and there was no room service. The bathroom was filthy, and the bedsheet looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks. This felt more like a cheap guest house than a proper hotel. Strongly not recommended.
I paid OYO online, but they put me in a room that was under maintenance. The sheets and blanket were filthy, and none of the room lights worked. When I complained, reception rudely said that was the only room and I could change my booking if I didn't like it. They had wanted me to pay in cash instead. A very bad experience, I don't recommend this hotel.
