The hotel has a local-style feel, but maintenance is very poor. The kitchen area was unhygienic and poorly kept, which affected the food quality. Food choices were limited, basic facilities weren't easy to access, and cleanliness and upkeep need serious improvement. This might suit very basic travelers, but it didn't meet standard expectations for comfort or hygiene. The hotel is in a dirty spot, with hooligans outside, and safety is zero.

This is the dirtiest hotel I've experienced so far. The floors, stairs, and hallway were dirty, and staff weren't cooperative at all. The dining tables and chairs stank and were covered in stains. The towels were wet and weren't even exchanged for dry ones.

The mattress was really comfortable, and the room quality was good. But the sheets, towel, and blanket were dirty and smelled bad, and the water quality was very poor. Staff were very rude and had no manners or etiquette when speaking. Still, the experience was good.

I had an enjoyable stay at Hotel M.A International overall. The bathrooms were consistently clean, and the staff were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. There was no wifi in the rooms, which could be inconvenient for guests who rely on internet access. Extra amenities, such as a shop or additional towels in the rooms, would also make things more convenient and comfortable. Even with those shortcomings, I had a positive experience and would consider staying again.
