Great service at an affordable rate, and one of the best hotels near the golden temple.

We couldn't get a response from the hotel representative or reception, whether by calls or messages. There's no management or service to speak of, and nobody at reception picked up. They charged extra for one additional hour at check-in, but didn't refund anything for the power outage overnight. The lights went out at 1:30 and stayed off until morning, with no inverter backup, so there was no AC, fans, or lights. In May's 35°C heat, we were literally unable to sleep all night. Don't book based on the reviews.
