I left feeling cheated and frustrated after a stay that wasn't worth the money or effort. The rooms were filthy and poorly kept, with dust, stained sheets, a bad smell, and a disgusting bathroom. The online photos were misleading. Staff were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, talking back and showing no respect. They charged extra for things like early check-in, drinking water, towel changes, and other basics. The AC barely worked, Wi-Fi was useless, and room service was poor. I complained several times, but nobody responded or tried to fix anything. I regret booking here and strongly advise others to avoid it. It felt like a scam and was one of my worst hotel stays.

Booking this place felt like a waste of money. The hotel was very bad, and the service was nowhere near proper.

I spent two nights here and found both the rooms and washrooms clean, with hot water available 24/7. Service was good and the staff were helpful and cooperative. When I arrived there was no electricity, and the lift wasn't running on the generator. The staff carried our four large trolley bags up the stairs without hesitation. It was a good experience overall.
