The service staff were good, but I found the receptionist's manner very bad and felt it was like a thief's. Check all the service details, as well as check-in and check-out, before you decide you like the room. I don't want to visit again.

The rooms and experience were the worst. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It deserves a rating below 1, even -5, but the website won't let me post the review without giving a rating. Please don't waste your time or money.

The room was okay, but the service was far too slow and the staff behaved very badly.

The hotel manager behaved well, and the support staff were helpful. It's near Amritsar railway station, which is a good location, though the rooms are too small.
