Hotel Ss Residency

I stayed here on 13 April after an auto driver suggested it. It was a really bad experience and a waste of money. Don’t go to this hotel.

Staff were rude and uncooperative, and they raised the price when I was checking out. It was a terrible experience and a total waste of money. I’ve never had such a bad stay at a hotel. They also have a setup with auto walas. I wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

I booked room 216 on 20 December 2024. They said they would install a television, but when I checked in about 90 minutes later, it still wasn’t there. I waited the whole day, and the hotel kept making promises without following through. That evening, small cockroaches appeared from somewhere near the bed. The next morning there was no hot water in the restroom. After I complained several times, they let me use the opposite room’s washroom. I think there was an earthing problem, because current seemed to be coming through the water and tap. Later, the geyser wires burned and caused a short circuit. They provided no compensation for the missing amenities and poor service. They also gave me an attached voucher instead of a bill. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Think carefully before spending your money.
