The driver room was awful, and the place was very dirty. The hotel food was bad too. They charged us for the water bottles kept in the rooms. This isn’t a family hotel. Don’t stay here or visit.

The staff were nice, and I had a good stay overall. The room was clean, with a good washroom and AC. Cokes and water cost more than the MRP, though, and the food was a little pricey.

They say checkout is at 11:00 am, but they turn off the AC around 10:20-10:30. The hotel is about 2.5 km from golden temple.

The kitchen is open from 8am to 10 pm, according to the hotel, and room service was good. It’s about 15 minutes from the Golden temple, depending on the time of day. My room had no window that opened, just an opaque one that let light in, so keep that in mind if you’re claustrophobic or want a room with windows. The room was average in size but nicely built and furnished, the washroom was clean, and the bedsheets were clean and didn’t smell. It was a great stay for the money, and I’d recommend it to anyone on a budget.
