Getting around was easy, with the Golden Temple and the heart of the city just a comfortable 1 km walk away. They even kept our bags while we went exploring in Amritsar. Sanjay handled our check-in expertly and arranged everything for us, and the staff were incredible. Our room was perfect, with a fan, AC, and hot water. The whole stay was the absolute best experience.
It's easy to find, with roadside parking available, and it's about 1 km from the Golden Temple. The staff's behavior was awesome, though service needs to improve since the place has only just started. The rooms are quite small, and the breakfast wasn't good, so I'd recommend booking without it. It's away from the cozy area.
They refused to check me in because I'd booked through an app, Oyo rooms. They just told me to cancel it and make a new booking directly. Very disappointed with the service. If you're traveling with family, don't go there.
The AC wasn't working, and they didn't give me a key. I had to wait a very long time. I stayed one night and it was the worst experience of my life. Please don't go to this hotel.
Families should stay away. This place is there for an adultery business, if you know what I mean. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
