The room was as clean as it looked in the picture, and the staff were kind and helpful. Miss Sheetal, the property's general manager, was especially kind and helpful.

We planned a two-day visit to Amritsar and found the hotel clean and nice, with clean, cozy rooms and all amenities. We had only a little interaction with the staff, but they were pleasant. It's about 1 km from the main location, though e-rickshaws and autos are available all the time, so getting there is easy. The pricing is good, and I'd highly recommend it.

The room itself was a decent size, and the Wi-Fi, AC and washrooms were clean and working. But the rest of our overnight stay was disappointing. Breakfast was included in our package for two rooms and five people, and we paid ₹5,784, yet when we arrived the food containers were empty. Four or five other families were waiting too. Staff kept saying food was being prepared, but nothing came, even after a long wait. I raised it with Mr. Ravi and got no action. With bookings in advance, they should have been ready. In the kitchen we were told the chef had left and asked, “What do you want?” We asked for anything quick, and they offered parathas, then said they usually charge for them even though breakfast was included. When they finally arrived, the parathas were half-cooked and had very little masala. Parking was another problem. At around 10 PM, their security guard said I could park in front of the hotel, but in the morning a shopkeeper yelled at me for leaving the car there, and we ended up fighting. None of the rooms have windows, and there are rooms in the basement too. The staff were unprofessional, and what I paid was much more than the service justified. Not recommended.

It was a new, clean hotel in a great location, with prompt service. The AC and fan both worked well, and having breakfast on the rooftop was a welcome change. One thing to fix: towel fibers stuck to my face whenever I wiped it, so the hotel may want to improve the towel quality. I'd stay here again.
