The hotel is tucked inside a narrow lane that didn’t feel safe for families, and its real setting was quite different from the photos. I also wouldn’t rely on the high ratings: it seems food and drink discounts may be offered in exchange for positive reviews on platforms like Meta, which gives a misleading impression. Inside, the room felt neglected and dingy. The AC made such loud noise as soon as I turned it on that relaxing or sleeping was difficult. The mattress was hard, and I couldn’t get proper rest. Although Goibibo clearly promised a geyser when I booked, there wasn’t one. Basic upkeep was poor in the bathroom too: the commode leaked and the wash basin was broken. The fridge was switched off and had no wire connected. It only became usable after I insisted several times. I also had to give repeated instructions for basic amenity kits, and the staff still didn’t provide them. This was a frustrating, deeply disappointing stay. I wouldn’t recommend booking here.
